Excellent clean apartment in a great location, close to the city centre and rail station. We received a very warm welcome on arrival when we were handed the keys.

Location excellent, kitchen well stocked, good bathrooms

Floors were dirty. Told not to change thermostat in the welcome file, however the apartment felt chilly and we could not understand how to change thermostat since the only instructions provided were to not change it. Only having one key was not convenient , when you need the key to enter and exit the apartment building. Door does not lock automatically behind you so you also need the key to lock the apartment. Where the bins are located is a long way from the apartment - not convenient. It is good to have a car park space but again, there is no loading space in front of the property so we had to carry all of our belongings for a weekend quite a long way from the car park to the entrance of the building. This was difficult (impossible) with 2 small children.

Quite difficult to access building as was not fully explained to us. Didn't like the experience of taking refuse to containers as very hard to locate.

Not a good view which overlooked the royal mail depot,which was a little noisy at times. But wouldn't stop us from returning.

A well equipped apartment in a great location, very clean and ample parking. Will definitely stay here again if in the area in future

Loved the location, beautiful apartment so close to the station and walking distance to the main centre or easy bus links too from just down the road. York has so much to offer, we did so much and still ran out of time!!

Apartment was VERY warm in the heatwave (thank goodness for the fans!) But the duvet was a winter one in the middle.of summer!! Also stated there was an airer but nothing available. Kitchen roll would have been very handy!!

Great location near station and the city centre. Well equipped

Tv in lounge and bedroom didn’t work and wouldn’t connect to the system. According to comments left this is a previous issue. It needs sorting if we are to stay again.
