Newly Converted Apartment Rowntree House Shambles

Had everything we needed in an excellent location

The only criticism was that the heating hadn’t been put on ready for our arrival. It was a bitterly cold day and the apartment took hours to warm up.

Central location, excellent for any part of York you want to visit. Could not fault the accommodation. It was very clean and tidy, lovely newly refurbished and excellent value. Excellent communication.

The only down side to this property was the amount of stairs to our apartment. Could not fault the actual apartment though and had a great stay and is so central to everything you need.

Location was perfect on the doorstep of the shambles and close to all the attractions York's has to offer. Cute little apartment in a lovely building

The bathroom was very small (not much can be done about this). A hook in the back of the door could be useful for your towel.
