"Fantastic apartment - certainly recommend!"

Hosts were helpful and friendly - all necessary info was shared ahead of time. Key collection was as described. The house is really comfortable and beautifully finished. Great for my family of four. The bus stop is right outside, but we walked into the city which was about 40 minutes. We also walked back from the stadium which was a pleasant walk.

Location, clean and tiday and friendly host. Offered everything we're looking for.

Nothing really. Was a couple of cosmetic things but not massively visible and did not ruin the stay. Would stay again.

"A good place to use as a base for those wanting to explore York."

Location, general cleanliness, parking were all positives. The bathroom was newly fitted and everything worked as it should. The staff were responsive when I reported a cleaning issue - the cleaner was sent out within the hour.

The property had a strong smell of cigarettes when we first entered so that was not a great first impression. However, the overall cleanliness of the beds and bathroom were om point.

"Lovely, comfortable place to stay and relax."

"It was a nice stay over all a few tweaks it would of been perfect"

Place was nice and beds was good nice place to sit outside

It’s wasn’t the best clean, had to wash glasses and pots before using not hoovered the best Could do with the extra bits like kitchen roll and maybe down milk to start customers of to a start

"Lovely spacious apartment with parking and the bus stop to go into York was right outside the house."

The property was spacious, comfortable and clean with all the facilities to make a comfortable stay. It was very light and airy with an enclosed garden with seating and bbq facilities. It had all you would need for a long stay with cooking facilities microwave and dishwasher, fridge freezer etc.

Nothing, It didn’t have any complimentary shampoo or shower body wash but that was not a problem, just helpful to know. We didn’t see any staff as there was no need to have any contact.
