So cozy and comfortable from the start. Everything you need for a break to York. Location was excellent. Right at the bottom of The Shambles. Was lovely getting back after a full day of walking. Very clean, very quiet too. Right opposite M&S food hall. Will definitely be booking again. Thank you

Cosy apartment with comfy bed and very convenient location. M & S right across the road for all your supplies. Quiet considering location and we were not disturbed by any noise. Underfloor heating in bathroom is lovely for your feet in February.

Very minor point - had to keep boosting hot water to make it hot enough and occasionally the heating. But it was cold February.

The entire apartment was idyllic, I was so impressed when I walked it to how cosy and comfortable it was, it helped to make our stay so perfect!!

Absolutley NOTHING! It was a perfect location, beautifully cosy decor and lovely and warm and private! The bed was SO comfortable as was the sofa and we were very impressed by how well stock the kitchen was, down to little thoughtful things like there being olive oil and some herbs and spices there!

The Apartment was stunning the nicest apartment we have stayed in Everything was provided and a high standard of decor The apartment was in a perfect location for the shambles and york minster would highly recommend and can't wait to stay again

Bed was too small. Most people now have king size beds Hard to control heating. Kept turning it down but setting was overridden by next time slot. Place was very hot - especially bedroom

In a good area in the centre of York.

Couldn’t get the place heated up Bath didn’t work
