Everything. Lovely apartment. Superb location. Perfect.

Central heating a bit high but easily adjusted.

The apartment was beautifully decorated, comfortable, quite excellently located right in the middle of old York. Superb.

We were quite nervous about checking in as we hadn't received confirmation that our email address had been received so that the checking in information could be emailed to us. We arrived at the property and had to phone for the door code. This was stressful.

Wow, what can I say. The apartment was beautiful, easy to check in, very clean and cosy and to a high standard. Right in the heart of York, yet very quiet. You couldn't hear any street noise and The Shambles was literally across the road and an M&S for supplies. Plenty of lovely places to eat and drink. My new favourite city! The underfloor heating in the bathroom was a game changer and the bed was very comfortable. Thank you for making our first visit to York such a great experience, will definitely be coming back again!

The step up into the main entrance of the property is quite high so my daughter had to help me up. This was the only minor issue.

Stunning apartment, clean and brilliant location!

The flat was beautiful, so comfortable and cosy. We were not expected it to be so big and homy. It will be our new place when we visit York.

Fantastic location right in the city centre. Apartment was well finished and was the perfect size for two people What more needs to be said?

I suppose a bigger bed would have been nice, for those who are used to a bed bigger than king size, but it really wasn't a big deal. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Everything was beautiful & good quality. Ideal for all you need on a visit to York. Cannot wait to go back.
