Location was good, just a short walk to the town centre

Mattresses are narrow singles and very cheap so you can feel all the springs. Poorly cleaned because there was used condom wrapper in the draw, Upstairs shower was a tiny box shower and was almost unasable but luckily there was also a downstairs shower. It would have been much better if it was a 8 person house with a bigger upstairs shower and proper sized single beds with good mattresses. This would then match the small dining and lounge areas.

Close to the city. Nice property.

False advertising as parking available at the property, no parking onsite, Need to park at nearby car park additional £20 to park overnight.. All the Bed mattresses are very poor and need replacing. You can feel every spring leading to poor quality of sleep. Poor communication about entering the property, asked when we are going to arrive, but then unable to gain access to drop of luggage. Information sent after 3 pm for access, should be sent earlier. Only 1 bathroom down stairs, upstairs bathroom way to small to use..

Central to where I and my friends needed to be for the event on that evening in Museum Gardens York. And although on a main thoroughfare through York it was not noisy from passing traffic. Everything was fine and clean and tidy everywhere. Nice to have hot drinks makings on site too.

I think the mattresses should look to be replaced as a bit on the lumpy to sleep on and a touch up of the paint work here and there.

Car park is far. Bathroom upstair is too small.

Plenty of rooms to choose from with Somerset dining and living room. Lovely location, only 15 minutes walk from old town right next to access to a section of the old city walls and a lovely parade of shops at the end of the street with independent cafes, bakeries and grocers.

All single beds, any doubles are singles pushed together and a very very small updaters bathroom.
