Great location, kitchen and living space very nice

Could do with a bit of a spruce up in the bedrooms, the, mattresses aren't comfortable Getting in was a bit of a faff with the electric door, we were lucky the cleaner was just leaving so could show us how this worked. There's a knack to it that should be explained better before arriving

Location was great. No parking at the property but there is a car park a few minutes walk away. It's not the cheapest car park but given its location to the city centre its to be expected. The house was well equipped and quiet. The configuration of the rooms was perfect for our family.

Beds were pretty uncomfortable. The house needs redecorating and there are a few bits of mending that need doing that I have alerted the host to. Most worrying was the fact there is no hand rail on the stairs so be aware of this. Not enough chairs at the dining table and the lounge would have been a squeeze if more of us were staying there.

Location was great. For 10 friends it worked better than a hotel

The upstairs shower room is very small and did have a damp smell which put us off using this. A couple of the bed mattresses could do with changing, were very saggy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, I think a little painting and freshening up is required.

Quite cold, took a while to heat up.

Location is excellent. Very close to the city centre. Lots of single beds so good for singles groups. Beds were comfy and all the bed linen was fresh. Contact before the stay was great with lots of information about local parking and the check in/check out times etc

Property wasn't in the best state of repairs. Found a few broken bits when we checked in which I had to make the hosts aware of. It smelt quite heaving of stale smoking as well. We also didn't get any contact back from them following the stay after informing them of some broken bits which has left me in limbo a bit.
