The location is fantastic for walking into York centre and attractions.

All the stairs up to the apartment! The bed was so uncomfortable very hard and you could feel all the springs in the matress. Getting into the bath to have a shower is a pain plus the shower felt like there was hot water coming from 1 side and cold coming from the other of the shower head.

Good location near city centre. Plenty of good restaurants within a few yards of the property.

Couldn’t get hob to work so used microwave . The toaster was filthy with many breadcrumbs stuck and burnt inside!

Walking distance to the city centre. Off road private parking. Clean & comfortable. Perfect for two. The Christmas tree was a nice touch. Well equipped. York Brewery beer hall next door!!!

Some confusion about the parking permit - there wasn’t one! Satisfactorily resolved with a chat with a City Lets rep. on site. Not good parking when initially getting the key from the key safe. We were worried about the dining table - we thought we might damage it!

"Perfect location for a city break in York in a comfortable top floor apartment."

Perfect location, private parking, comfortable apartment with good shower and well equipped small kitchen. Great communication even when the parking permit was missing. Lovely touch of a Christmas tree when we walked in the door.

Some of the towels were a little ragged and seen better days. One of the windows did not close properly so let in a cold draft. Not a great view from the lounge.
