Location

No where to park to go find key safe, bays were full so spent 20 mins driving around trying to find where to go, would've been better if keyvsafe was outside property .

Location, lounge area, general apartment, tea towel, and toiletries on bathroom towels. Friendly and helpful staff when called as no parking permit, problem instantly resolved.

Lift would have been amazing but aware that’s out of your control. Bed was on the hard side

Lovely apartment, nicely set up, felt like home. Excellent location, within walking distance to all the highlights of York and plenty of cafes/restaurants around if you did not feel like cooking.

Nothing to complain about, everything was as described.

"Fabulous quiet relaxing stay. It was so quiet and just what I needed to recharge my batteries."

Excellent location and local to supermarket etc.

My only downside was I didn’t check to see if there was a lift in the apartment block. When I booked I hadn’t realised the apartment was on the third floor. (This was totally my fault).
