Luxury Living, Stylish Modern Apartment in the Heart of Ryde

Modern, clean apartment. Central location. Very quiet and good for a family. Comfortable beds, lots of hit water, great bathroom. Lots of pluses and would stay again.

Could have had a bit more cutlery, coffee cafetiere was broken.

Large spacious rooms, airy and bright. Generally cleaning standard good. Plenty of facilities nearby including shops and takeaways. Good Central location.

Surrounding outside area rather scruffy with piles of rubbish. Kitchen poorly stocked with equipment, not enough crockery and cutlery for number of guests. Carpet badly needs cleaning

Has a lovely piano that is in tune. House is relatively modern and cosy.

-We had informed that we have 5 guests but there was only towels and blankets for 4 guests. -No toiletries (shampoo, soap) in the whole property. -Raised these 2 issues to staff through text, was acknowledged, apologised and offered to give more blankets towels and toiletries the following day, but did not happen and we were not informed of why. -we then enquired why where the above not delivered, they informed us that housekeeper was sick so could not attend. This reflects poorly on the service provided. There should be communication about this and an alternative solution should be provided. This has caused one of us to sleep without blankets which is not ideal. Worst still 2 of us have to share a towel which is not hygienic. The lack of communication also cause us to shower for 3 days with no soap! The communication misled us to not buy soap for the rest of our stay and this is very unprofessional. -the entrance was very dirty with piles of rubbish, could not open kitchen window due to rubbish pile. -went to the wrong entrance as welcome pack did not state the location of entrance, and there is another flat with the similar name "star flats". You can tell that this happened to others as the code was used on the wrong flat's key box. -poor kitchen facilities: no dishwasher solution or clothes detergent, no knives (only bread knives), no cooking oil, not enough teabags.

Excellent location in the centre of Ryde, not too far from the pier head and ferry terminal. A very enjoyable stay

A bit untidy on the outside landing, but outside of owners control.

Great place very clean. Everything you need is there. Couldn't find frying pan though Although not a problem.

Hills were not kind on my legs 😁 property at top.of a hill. Although most of Ryde in hills.

The only thing that was quite good was the weather

The location was good and the apartment was nice and clean with everything you need.

all good, the only thing I would mention is the stair access, it could be a bit cleaner.

The apartment is modern and extremely comfortable. Shower good pressure. Plenty of space. The top en-suite bedroom was lovely.

The entrance way & staircase up to the apartment front door is dirty and has loads of discarded rubbish. We never had any problem whilst we were there though.
