Everything in property looks exactly like pictures. Good job 👍

Entrance was blocked by rubbish bags . I had to put them aside . Other then that everything was good 😊

The place was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Especially, The main bathroom downstairs and the living room was super spacious. We were 5 people and this made our extra nice. Also, thanks to the host for being kind and allowing us to check in early.

The apartment is dressed very nicely. Hosts very helpful, polite and accommodating. Bedding and towels excellent. Great TV. Everything we needed was provided. Great price too. Brilliant location

Shower curtain in upstairs shower room must be changed as mould growth. Shower head holder in upstairs shower room broken so had to hold shower whilst cleansing. Stairs and patio to apartment is untidy and needs attention. It is a shared patio entrance so not solely the responsibility of the hosts.

Flat was nice and spacious.

Top floor shower curtain was stained with moulds. After checking out the host called that he could not find the keys in the lock box and demanded that I leave my breakfast in the restaurant and return to the property even though I insisted that I had left the keys in the lock box. Clearly he didn’t believe we had checked out. I was horrified and confused as I had left the key in the lockbox as required. My 11 year old son and I had to stop our meal, carry our luggages back up the hill to the property only to get another call apologising that the cleaner had taken the keys and was inside cleaning but could not hear his knocks on the door. Couldn’t he have checked with the cleaner first before making such assumptions and inconveniencing us? He didn’t sound to me a nice person and I will not stay there a second time.

The accommodation was spacious and within walking distance of shops and transport.

The location was noisey as near to the high street and up a hilly approach. The outside of the property was very unwelcoming, but nice once you were inside and very spacious. Certain parts of the property, carpets and en-suite could do with a face-lift.

Spacious for a family, as described and in town

The double bed was in an awful condition. The mattress was completely worn. It’s not just a case of ‘I didn’t find this mattress comfortable’ .. the mattress was not fit for purpose for two grown adults sharing the bed.

Stained carpets, piles of stinky rubbish by the entrance, no covers etc for bedding for sofa bed, only comfy seating for 3 people, smelt damp.

Not much from the outside but inside, like the tardis. Everything you need is provided, my kids loved the piano.

Stairs were steep
