Luxury Living, Stylish Modern Apartment in the Heart of Ryde

We loved the bath, the size of the upper bedroom and the size of the kitchen. It was very comfortable and quiet and it was nice having separate bathrooms. It was also a good area just on the high street corner.

It was a bit hard to find the house number as it was in an alley and we didn’t realize we had to go up the stairs onto the top of the house.

It is a beautiful, comfortable, apartment

There was not any tea towels in the kitchen, had to purchase them. No bath mat in en suite bathroom, had to use one of the towels supplied, as the floor got wet and a bit slippery, so lucky i had taken a towel with me. Cold tap in en suite sink did not work. Plug in air freshener was plugged in and turned on, but there was no scent inserted (bit of a fire hazard). Welcome book not up to date with info I.E Wifi codes and passwords

Location is good, near high street and very convenient for us . Thank you

The upstairs bathroom Exhaust fan is not working, and the bed are too soft and the pillows are too soft too , apart of that it’s wonderful place to stay.

Had a great stay, in a great location and apartment is lovely and clean and comfortable

We couldn't get the WiFi to work and probably down to us but could get washing machine to work either

plenty of room very clean nice and cozy it was homely

the decking area a lot of black bags very smelly when we arrived but half of them was moved on the morning still leaving six black bags of rubbish

Clean, modern, spacious.

The location is spot on the facilities are are good and it’s close to anywhere you really want to go and they actually have maps and guide stuff to use in the flat

The only thing was the internet was not working I could not do anything with that WiFi it rather freezes my phone so I used my data which fluctuates due to the hills of the town

The access to the property was not at all acceptable and suitable
