Luxury Living, Stylish Modern Apartment in the Heart of Ryde

Location was good

Apartment could have been cleaner overall. The sofa bed was unusable as it was so uncomfortable and it wasn’t the cleanest, so really has two double beds so sleeps 4. Outside the apartment and the neighbouring properties are unpleasant and not a great welcome. There is decking outside which was slippy when it rained and the metal staircase leading to the apartment needed better lighting, it was pitch black on an evening, does have a light as you approach the door, but the stairway does need lighting, not ideal for anyone with mobility issues or prams. Couldn’t use oven as all the temperatures and settings have been scrubbed off, couldn’t get washer to work but this could have just been me, but no user manual. Towels were on the smaller size would recommend taking your own. En-suite shower in master room is only suitable for a smaller person and the floor will get soaked when using it, however the bath in the main bathroom is lovely a spacious and was nice and clean.

Location was good.

The air quality was disgusting we were above fish and chip shop and restraunts and the smell of stale cooking went through the apartment. My wife is on a sleep apnia machine and her filter was dark black.

Central location was good

The amount or rubbish and the amount of cigarette butt ends on the stairs too the property
