Luxury Living, Stylish Modern Apartment in the Heart of Ryde

Very central and well appointed. Cheaper than a hotel for 3.

The exterior to the property was quite off-putting. Confusing messages re key codes and WiFi codes. Instructions sent several times, even after we had returned home. Stairs to the top floor rather steep for the elderly. Traffic noise.

The apartment was clean and spacious

The communal outside area wasn’t overly inviting with rubbish left and stairs to the property not the safest - unable to have windows open over night due to neighbour noise and smell of cannabis

Layout was great and the internal layout made excellent use of the space . Spacious for a town apartment and in another location would add to the wow factor.. General decor very good and felt very homely. Bathrooms more than adequate and very clean.

The bed in the second bedroom was small, soft, Very noisy with music from pub, would not have been able to sleep with the window open. Was not mentioned in the general description ( only the package after booking) about stairs outside which were challenging. The parking was poor, the 1 hour parking was outside the lounge but a long way from the entrance starcase. Trying to park during the day was a no-go. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable to sit on and even with this only enough seating for 3. The table in the lounge had issues with the extensions and 2 of the 4 chairs not really safe. Cupboard doors in kitchen were loose - such a pity that regular checks would eliminate all these minor problems. The decking outside is communal but rotten boards in places. Quite a good place to stay if you are fit, carless and enjoy town life - but if you have any health or mobility issues quite a challenge and a bit more honesty in the description would help make informed choices.

Good location, very spacious, great value for money

The entrance to the apartment was herendas it shares a rear entrance with two other properties up outdoor staircase and a filthy decking section. This would put a lot of people off. If you can see beyond the entrance the apartment fantastic. Shame.

Apartment felt clean and comfy, 1st impressions were "this is really nice"

The approach to the property was, ie. stairs and walk way, covered in cigarette butt's and was completely disgusting . Surrounding area looked run down. The smell of drugs was quite prominent too.

The apartment was central to the town on Ryde and only 20 minutes walk from the seafront. Car park just round the corner. Apartment was light and bright and perfect for what we needed.

It looks dodgy from the outside but don't be discouraged. Once inside it is lovely.

Large, airy rooms, reasonably well-equipped, layout was practical with no wasted space. Near excellent Co-op Supermarket, fruit & veg shop and other useful facilities.

Worst feature was the external approach to the flat. Entrance full of plastic rubbish bags at street level. Decking outside the flat was untidy, overgrown and certainly not in keeping with the term "luxurious"! Cooker was old and the temperature dial unreadable, the lower freezer unit was completely iced up and needs urgently to be defrosted. Old foodstuffs in cupboard - tinned meat, rice, etc - plus items in iced-up freezer need to be cleared out.
