Luxury Living, Stylish Modern Apartment in the Heart of Ryde

The apartment was beautiful, a combination of elegance and antique. Very cosy and feeling of warmth and relaxation.

There is nothing I did not like about the property itself, it was just perfect. However, to access the property, you have to use stairs, which is not ideal if you have high heels. Also, as it is in town, three is no Bin service, I think. So you need to pass other neighbours' properties where they damped black bins outside their apartments.

Lovely place to stay, really clean and warm. Location is perfect as near all the pubs restaurants and shops. Parking in nearby roads was perfect.

It was a really modern property right in the heart of Ryde. We had everything we needed and more! Our hosts were very helpful and really looked after us.

The flat was located within very easy walking distance of all the shops and the seafront at Ryde. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very well decorated. The host checked that we managed to get in Ok and that everything was as it should be. He made it clear that he was on the end of the phone, should there be anything else we needed.

As it was very soon after Christmas, the bins had not been collected but the host made us aware of this and it did not detract from the lovely apartment.

Ideal location for our needs. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and seafront. The apartment has spacious, comfortable rooms and large kitchen.

The en-suite shower needs some attention as difficult to take a proper shower!

The apartment was as described. Spacious and well equipped. Wi fi was excellent.

The downstairs floor coverings were very badly marked and stained. The upstairs shower curtain was mildewed and a disgrace. The approach to the apartment entrance is via dirty, slippy metal steps and across an equally messy decked area. There were rubbish bags and old cushions strewn across the deck. The neighbours were perhaps the problem as one morning we had 3 police officers banging on next doors door.

Location is amazing, right in the heart of Ryde and easily walkable from the ferry terminal (up a steep hill). The master bedroom was very spacious and comfortable. Communication was clear and it was easy to find the key in the lockbox.

Sleeps 6 but the bed in the 2nd bedroom is very small, hardly a double. The living room sofa bed is also very small for 2 people, and flimsy. We also weren't given any bedding for the sofabed and it wasn't sorted until the 2nd night.

The property was In a perfect location. Clean bedding and towels. Well equipped kitchen and nice and roomy.

The property could really do with some TLC. On the whole it was very nice but certain things could benefit from a little improvement. The dressing table drawer in the upstairs bedroom was broken and the shower curtain was very mouldy. Downstairs there wasn’t enough comfortable seating for 4 guests and bearing In mind the apartment can accommodate 6 people, this is a bit of a let down, especially as the living room is so big! The carpets were quite stained and would benefit from a good clean. This is only constructive criticism and didn’t spoil our stay, but are just areas that could be improved to make the apartment more desirable.
