Location was great, modern apartment.

The apartment was very warm, we had to wedge window open to get some fresh air which was very nosey. Windows wouldn’t stay open either so we had to improvise. Blinds in one of the bedrooms was broken so couldn’t open it. Some stains on quilt throw on bed. I personally thought it was overpriced

The apartment was very comfortable & clean. The location was great. Having parking only a few minutes walk from the apartment was excellent.

Washing machine was broken. They did get someone to come to fix it but it needed a new part, which wasn’t available during our stay. There was no shower gel or soap in either of the two bathrooms. There were no tea towels.

Fantastic location! Wonderful parking nearby. It was so easy to walk to Yorkminster in 5 minutes. There are excellent restaurants nearby and grocery store. Good showers and appliances in the flat. Very secure and safe. Quiet building, both a lift and large stairs to the upper floors. Very helpful manual for the apartment containing manuals for all the appliances, recommendations for restaurants, local info and apartment rules. It was very useful and well done.

The booking ended up costing more than expected because of charges for towels, linens and fees. The 10 £ fee for towels seemed excessive since they didn't even provide hand towels or washcloths. Also, we had to clean out a dirty kitchen sink and pick up and sweep debris from the kitchen floor and sitting room carpets. This was frustrating because we had to pay a large cleaning fee that wasn't included in the original listing. Be careful before you book and check the final cost. It was still a great property and amazing location.

Location was excellent, apartment was stunning . Have recommended to friends for their future trips to York. Previously went to hotels when visiting York but I wouldn't go past this property. There is nothing you can fault.
