Very roomy, warm and well located property. Fantastic location to access York.

No negatives, we dropped the bags then parked the car in Nunnery Lane. About 8 mins between flat and car park

The location is fantastic. The host even put up a Christmas tree! It feels very homely. Definitely be booking again!

The location of this apartment is fantastic. Ten minutes from the railway station and ten minutes from the centre of York. It's the perfect spot to easily explore the city. The apartment is spacious, and as we stayed over New Years, warm and cosy. The interiors are very unique too.

The stay was great, so my only feedback would be that the radiators were a bit noisy. Also the hosts phoned to say they were going to drop off a hamper. We weren't expecting this when we booked the apartment which was just as well, as the hamper never materialised. The apartment is up two flights of stairs, which was fine for us, but worth bearing in mind for those who might not be so physically able.

The size of the apartment was excellent as was the location Bedrooms differ in size greatly so get your straws ready to see who lands the short straw for the tiny bedroom.

I believe that there more should be guidance as to where the apartment is if you are arriving in the dark it's very hard to find on a high street with double yellows outside. I.e. The name of the shop it sits above and that there is a black door with the number on it. Also, there are two sets of stairs to get up and down if you have buggies or mobility issues. The door into the kitchen backs on the fridge door when opening making it hazardous. We agreed to knock before entering the kitchen after finding out the hard way. The distance from the car park, in the dark and the fact we had a parking ticket on our return despite giving our information to the company. The appeal is in process.

Absolutely stunning property, a few minutes walk from the centre of York so easy to get to anywhere. Beds are incredibly comfortable.

The noise from Micklegate was quite loud at night. The bedrooms are on the far side so don’t hear it when trying to sleep but anyone on the sofa bed would have a disturbed night.
