The bed was very hard didn’t sleep well

the apartment is beautiful and modern ; short walk to the city center. nice street view and comfortable. lots of towels. great kitchen. 5 min walk to a coop supermarket

- inability to fully control the heating (you had to phone the renter so that it was done remotely) - lack of some basic home tools like cooking oil, washing machine soap, vacuum cleaner/broomstick - overpriced - endless automated messages sent by the company that rents the place ; but very slow (if at all) response

Location was the best Bed was the worst of any place that we have stayed. Should be cleaner for the extra cleaning fee. Cobwebs and dust. Otherwise a beautiful apartment which we enjoyed. Easy walk to city gate.

Great location, close to town and a short taxi ride to York Racecourse. Clean and tidy apartment. Quiet neighbourhood. Tea/coffee/milk available.

The beds (both main bed and sofa bed) we're extremely uncomfortable meaning we all had very poor nights sleep. This was the only thing that let it down.
