Was not terribly clean or well maintained

It was a very comfortable apartment, light, bright and secure.

the location to the city.

bathroom toilet not very good. need to wait 10 minutes in between flushes. no soap or shampoo shelf. cleaning not up to scratch, microwave dirty, pots and pans dirty.

beautifully appointed with loads of decor touches. great kitchen and nice outlook while being private . good separation for our group of 3 - separate bedroom and doors between.

only problem was with the washing machine which was fixed immediately. could leave instructions for using the washer/dryer combo, and also for the cooktop.

Flat was well equipped, nicely decorated and in an amazing location. Short walk to all the major attractions. Parked on the street right outside the flat. Staff were friendly, professional and quick to respond to any question or request.

Shower was blocked the first night, but the staff quickly arranged for it to be fixed the next day.
