Clifford's Reach at Bluebridge Court with Free Parking

We brought our own breakfast food. The location was excellent with very frequent number 7 bus and also a pleasant riverside walk to the city.

Lovely space within walking distance of the city centre and perfect for a weekend break!

The sofa bed was pretty small and our friend struggled to sleep well on it!!

This was a very nice apartment and was very clean. Nice modern kitchen.

On site parking would have been preferred.

This is a lovely property, such a nice change from a hotel, it's located a brisk 15 minute walk from the city. It's easy to access with codes and key, and the set up is great, large flat with kitchen, shower room, and comfy bedroom at the back. It was quiet, and I slept well in a comfy bed. There's a nice Turkish takeaway over the road, and cafe further up that does breakfast. I came for the Aesthetica Short Film Festival, and loved walking around York, what a beautiful city, with so much history. I would stay here again.

I don't have any complaints really, It felt a little public, the flat looks out on the road and I would close the blinds when I was home, there's some building work opposite but this will be finished soon enough. I really enjoyed the flat and it made a lovely change from staying in a hotel. I was warned that York center can be busy and lively with party-goers on a Saturday night, so it was nice to be just a little further removed.

The apartment was exceptional and was of high standard was a 10 minute walk from the centre with plenty of choice for eating out. Having free parking was brilliant as we just parked up and walked to everything we needed including supermarket for things for the apartment as snacks and drinks.

Location was perfect, a few minutes away from the city centre and several bus stops nearby. Co-op supermarket is also close. The zone is safe and the neighbourhood is quiet. Since the property was in the ground floor and close to the main entrance, one could hear the people steps going up and down the stairs, but no noises from inside their homes. The flat was big enough for three people. There was an Xbox and some games available although we did not use it.

The property was not clean enough. There were strange stains below the sink, the cooking place was dirty and the electric heater was covered in fluff. There was always a funny smell going out the sink or the bathroom. Also, there were some awkward details, such as finding a box of sugar cubes in the broom dustpan or the hair dryer in a pet basket. Although the living room/kitchen is big, some furniture is lacking, such as (for instance) a small table besides the one used for eating, any drawers or an armchair in the bedroom. This means that there are only some hangers available and that the rest of clothes or other things must remain in their suitcases all the time. Some shelves are inclined, they need to be fixed. Only two rolls of toilet paper for three people, and three units of dishwasher detergent is too little for a week's stay. Scarcity of crockery and cutlery. Fortunately there was a washing machine and a dishwasher, although without instructions.
