El estilo del apartamento con una ventana tipo inglés y la excelente ubicación, se veían los barcos pasar por el río y habían un paseo fantástico por el río. Muy cerca del centro andando.

Le sofa (lit d'appoint) est en 110cm, très difficile d'y dormir à 2 adultes. Peu confortable. La vaisselle n'a pas été vérifiée. Nous avons dû tout relaver (traces de rouge à lèvre), assiettes sales. Seulement 3 serviettes alors que nous étions 4. Une quatrième devait nous être déposée le lendemain mais cela n'a pas été fait. Immeuble bruyant, on entend les pas du voisin du dessus et la télé du voisin de côté comme si nous étions dans le même appartement. Gestion des poubelles collectives lamentable, container surchargé. Échanges froids avec le personnel de gestion locative via la messagerie, pas une seule formule de politesse. Le personnel ne répond pas sur la messagerie booking, seulement dit whatsapp. Je ne recommande pas pour 4 personnes, je ne recommande pas du tout

Location is convenient just minutes from town centre and near bus stop to go to outlet.

It’s summer and at night tends to get hot, there’s no fan in the room so we have to open the window but since it’s on the ground floor, in the morning can be noisy with people going in and out. Also there were maintenance people doing work to change the intercom which we were not informed earlier and they required to enter the property to do the replacement.

Very comfortable and more spacious than expected. Excellent location with good access to the city centre. Free 24 hour street parking adjacent to the property. Kitchen was well equipped but see below for further comments.

In spite of having access to the manufacturer's brochure we were unable to get the air fryer to work. The bed pillows were very flat and could do with replacement. Had to use the oven instead but there was no oven glove available.

We stayed as a family of 4. Twins aged 10 and two adults. The property was clean and tidy with a modern, up to date kitchen and general layout. The bathroom was fine and clean, but we did have to clean the shower head as the water wasn't coming through properly. After a good scrub it's now working very well. No loo roll holder, no bath mat so had to use a towel and the extractor fan wasn't working. The kitchen/living/dining open space area was nice and clean, however, no oven gloves or tongs. Also, it does state there was a games console. There isn't one at all. Evening times when we were relaxing our children wanted to play on the console. Not a big issue, but if you put that there is one, it should be there. The sofa bed was just about ok for the children, however, the duvet supplied was a single size and didn't fit the double duvet cover. The sofa bed was a little small too for two to share, definitely not fit for 2 adults to share. Main bedroom. Bed was very comfortable, nice and clean room. Odd place to put a mirror as it served absolutely no purpose where it was positioned unless you want to view your stomach. The living/dining area was nice and light with big bay windows. Other than this we enjoyed our stay, the area was within walking distance to the centre, but quiet and secure enough. One small issue is personal in that we like to sleep with windows open, our bedroom was directly next to the main door into the flat complex which made us feel uncomfortable having a window open with strangers feet away. Big bonus was the parking permit along with the instructions given on how to get in through the large gate and and flat complex, these were easybto follow. On the whole the flat is lovely, just a few small, fixable things would make it perfect.
