Clifford's Reach at Bluebridge Court with Free Parking

Great location for visiting York & very clean. Although it is situated on a busy road the bedroom was at the back so very quiet during the night. Comfortable bed & nice & warm throughout. Good security at the property. Nice christmas tree but did have to buy some batteries so it lit up!

The oven didn't seem to regulate properly so food was cooked/incinerated in no time including the ready meal oven proof dish!. This was one appliance with no instructions, ended up using the microwave. Not quite the same niceties as the previous apartment I stayed in here (upstairs apartment ), no complimentary milk sachets, biscuits/snacks or toiletries. I think one of the smoke alarms in the main entrance needed the batteries replaced as it was constantly bleeping.

I liked the property, we had enough room for two people. Everything we needed was there. We liked also the neighborhood. Property was just near the river and on the way to the city centre can have a very nice walk through the park and alleys.

Sofa on a living room was a bit not so comfortable but I had no problem to sleep on that for a few nights.

Lovely location, parking included.

Great location and size of property. Sofa bed was a great size too.

Bathroom smells damp and the bathroom and kitchen could do with a really good clean.

It has plenty of space. We loved having breakfast in the bay window watching the world go by. Nice kitchen with good appliances. It has a loverly shower plenty of space and hot water. The parking permit was very welcome. Extremely good location.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and within easy reach of the city center.

We found nothing wrong.

It was a great location, within walking distance of all the sights. It was decorated very well and had a full kitchen with all the utensils you could need.

The oven didn’t work properly as it didn’t seem to register the temperature so just kept getting hotter. The extractor fan in the bathroom didn’t work and it smelled musty with a lot of black mould around the shower base. The sofa in the living room looked nice but wasn’t comfortable and shouldn’t be described as a sofa bed. The back folds down so you are simply sleeping on the hard sofa.
