Bootham Retreat- Superb City Centre Hideaway-Free Parking

The location was excellent. Close to the train station, the city walls, takeaways and the local shops.

The door handle was missing from the inside of the bathroom, so my wife got locked in. We could have done with being able to switch the heating on a little outside of its preset schedule. At times, it got a little chilly.

Excellent location

There was quite a bit of dust under the beds/radiators/skirting/under furniture. Some mould on the bathroom ceiling, but otherwise the bathroom was clean.

Close to City centre, Sainsbury's at the bottom of the road for supplies.

Light would be helpful on the outside gate at night for keypad.

Two minute walk from city walls so great location, beds comfy, large bathroom and good living space

Parking space is fairly narrow our car mirror got caught one day not serious but not ideal

The location of this property is amazing. It’s also tucked down a side road and is very quite.

We were left less than half a loo roll. Doesn’t seem like a big ask to a whole loo roll. So, after travelling for 4 hours to get here. We then had to immediately leave to buy more.
