Bootham Retreat- Superb City Centre Hideaway-Free Parking

Clean, comfortable and a good position

Great apartment for our trip, host was brilliant at communication and was very helpful!

Not a complaint, think it was an oversight, however there was no toilet roll in the Apartment when we arrived.

Central location with private parking. Clear instructions. Well-equipped apartment. Walking distance to main attractions, restaurants/pubs and supermarket.

superb location very close to all yorks attractions

The location was excellent, perfect for leaving the car behind and walking to the many attractions around York. The beds were really comfortable.

The apartment had a few annoying maintenance issues. It has obviously been really popular and well-lived in, but it now needs a little TLC.

Fantastic location with the added benefit of free parking

Signage for the parking space was different to what was sent in the booking details, also the parking space is ok if you have a small car otherwise your car sticks out and can be easily damaged! Shower still leaks despite numerous comments about it in the guest comments book. Cleaning of the property didn’t warrant the fee paid for cleaning - smears on bathroom mirror and very dusty underneath the beds
