"Great location and comfortable stay"

Great location. Fab kitchen with plentiful supply of everything you need. Tea, coffee and sugar included. Beds comfortable including the sofa bed.

Sofabed legs very wobbly and very poor shower flow with water cold or scalding. Needs a lick of paint.

"Nice flat, good location, comfy beds but shower was awful"

Great location right in the centre of York, it is very noisy at the weekend so bring some earplugs if staying in the front bedroom/ lounge.

The shower wasn’t working properly, we did contact the host but I think it needs replaced. Either boiling hot or cold, no in-between. Shower head bracket was also broken so the taller member of the party had to crouch. Hand wash in the bathroom would have been welcome.

Central location

Not very clean overall, outside entrance cigarette ends everywhere, cobwebs in bedrooms, false eyelash stuck to bed cover, bedding seen better days, broken bathroom mirror, no mirror in 1 bedroom, not much room for storage/hanging clothes, outside spotlight shone into rear bedroom all night.

Parking included was excellent and the property location couldn’t have been more central. Facilities covered most needs but basic

It could have been cleaner and the improved facilities within the property could have been a little better.
