Stylish and most central 2 bed -Free Parking

Excellent location, spacious, clean and free parking 5 mins away. Any issues we had were rectified quickly and messages were responded to within 24hrs. We enjoyed our stay being so close to everything.

Unforrunately the beds and sofa bed were all uncomfortable. Due to being in the city centre there was alot of street noise, we live in quite a rural location so weren't used to it, other people might not notice so much. It's a maisonette type of property, above a shop off the main street, there are stairs up to the property and inside the property too. This was a bit of an issue for my mother inlaw and might not suit everyones needs but if we had of came without her it wouldn't have been a problem for us.

The facilities were good. Had what we needed for a weekend. Great location, in middle of everything! Free parking. Although 5 minutes walk away this was not a big issue.

Noise over weekend was LOUD! Only single glass on windows. Needed ear plugs. Unfortunately if you are a light sleeper- keep this in mind.

Staff were great, they were so helpful, always responded quickly, helped me change my car reg at last minute for the car park. The staff even called a few days before to make sure we had codes and everything we need to get there and get in. The location was perfect, cleanliness very good, beds very comfortable. Access with car to the apartment and car park sounded a little difficult but it was very well explain and surprisingly very easy to do. Lots to do and nothing was very far away. Apartment located right in the town which was great to pop in and out of if we needed to. So much to do there we just ran out of time to do it all. York is a great destination wish we had stayed longer.

We stayed Friday and Saturday and it was very noisy until early hours with people on a night out. For me personally once I was asleep it didn't bother me but others in the house struggled to sleep a little.

The property was lovely very central and the host was fast to respond! I would definitely stay here again!

There’s only one thing I would say is the shower is temperamental hot then cold! But that’s the only thing! Can’t fault everything else.
