This place is perfect if you want to be in the town which is lovely, everything is as the pictures, it’s clean and tidy and the right amount of quirkiness to make it a unique property. 10/10

Nothing it was spot on

Great location in centre of cupar. Homely and very comfortable and convenient to all facilities. Great communications with owner. Also nice touch with tea, coffee and other bits.

Only slight negative is car has to be left in public car park although you can get close to drop your stuff off, so not a deal breaker.

Only one mug in kitchen One bed very squeaky even to turn in Decor quite dated in living room Noise each morning at 545 / 6am with someone walking upstairs.

Lovely and warm, comfortable beds, very comfortable lounge, coffee machine with coffee pods !

Need more hooks in the bathroom for towels and hanging up a dressing gown. Towel rail next to shower needs to stand out a bit more and be a bit longer - tucking in towels over the rail was tricky. Not much space to put anything down so maybe a little floor standing cabinet next to the basin would be helpful. Hooks outside the bathroom in the corridor area would be useful for coats.
