Comfortable beds, nice bedrooms, good pillows, Ample space, quiet location, very private. Despite the inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed in over 50 Air B&B accommodations. We would say lack of attention to details particularly In Kitchen: no non-pod coffee pot, empty roll of aluminium foil in drawer, extremely dull knives, mis- matched tableware with setting for only 3, poor quality pans and baking equipment, mismatched silverware, no paper towels, no bin bags, no instructions on where to place recycling or how to turn in heating, not to mention idiotic nonsense on kitchen sign requesting “NO pungent food” to be prepared in kitchen. (PS …hint to landlord: BTW, with a at least 5 charity shops and one excellent used furniture store in Cupar, there is no reason (given the cost of this accommodation) that the quality of kitchen essentials could not be better as well as more up to date dinning table, chairs and lounge sofa.) If corrected, it could be a really nice place! 😀👍

It was old fashioned …dated furniture…dark inside as there is limited daylight. No parking. difficult to find up a dark passageway . Unreliable TV reception…picture and sound breakup

It was clean, enough space for us and in the right location.

We could not find the switch to turn on overhead lights. Even in daytime it’s very dark in the apartment. There were notices on the wall that were not exactly welcoming, we didn’t appreciate the one in the kitchen which forbade us to eat ‘pungent’ food. We were asked to advise the host immediately when we left - which we did - by text - to the number provided. We had a message back saying it was a wrong number. The notice in the bathroom was off the scale. Quite aggressive. We both work in the higher end of hospitality and are very aware of how you can convey a message without offending guests. Perhaps the host would like to reconsider the effect of his notices. It spoiled an otherwise lovely break.
