Apartments in Phillip Island Towers - Block C

No elevator

Good location, walk to shops and beach.

No mention that the apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lift. 50 stairs to climb would not usually be a problem but my husband had a knee injury which made the stay very difficult for us. Minimum effort by hosts, decorated like a suburban apartment, everything felt very cheap.

Location was fantastic

The apartment was in a state of severe disarray, with numerous tea cups stained with tea and left wet. Consequently, we were compelled to wash all the dishes to ensure their suitability for use. Furthermore, there were at least three to four spider webs in each room, including the bathrooms. Individuals with a fear of spiders should strongly consider avoiding this property. Additionally, there was a significant amount of fluff and dirt throughout the apartment, necessitating the purchase of a mop and subsequent cleaning of all rooms for our own comfort.

The location and space in the apartment was perfect for 4-5 people

Too many spiders in the property…there were a lot of spider webs 6 flights of stairs to get up to room no elevator at the property

Location was excellent and apartment large and clean

Great location! Everything is walking distance. Me and my partner and kids absolutely loved it!!
