Apartments in Phillip Island Towers - Block C

Great location, walking distance to main Street in Cowes and beach.

Apartment keys were left in the door. The apartment and grounds were not maintained and very run down. Misleading information of 2 bathrooms, 1 had shower, toilet and sink and the other had a bathtub and sink. Not 2 functional bathrooms. Both sink taps wobbled and both bathrooms had mould. Apartment floor was not vacuumed or mopped and we found blood on one of the single beds and in a bathroom. We washed all kitchen cutlery and glasses before use. Hot water service ran out on the second night after one shower and caretaker accused us incorrectly of filling the bathtub when we asked for assistance. Overall felt unhygienic but had no choice but to stay.

Spacious, full kitchen and great location

Very dirty, bins hadn’t been emptied, floor towel in bathroom was wet likely had been used. Floor in living room and balcony was exceptionally dirty

Property was grubby and facilities were not well maintained. Property was listed as having two bathrooms however only one had a toilet. That toilet did not work after second flush and property manager was unhelpful and we were left with no functioning toilet for the majority of our stay.

Not clean, some of the cupboards were used as storage, leftovers from the previous guests, no windows for the toilets.

Nice and big

We had no face washers for the shower. No tea towel for the dishes The floors where dirty when we got there ( could tell by our feet colour) The balcony decking floor was filthy and black. Needs a good clean.
