Apartments in Phillip Island Towers - Block C

The location is good because it was a 5 minute walk to the main town of Cowes and close to the beach.

The property owner made us go and reset the fuse box to get the hot water working. This is a hazard and goes against the safety guild lines. As well as this the owner said that the hot water was working however was a Complete lie. We didn’t have hot water for the whole stay. As well as this trying to find the entrance was a bit weird because we had to go through the fire door in the car park. Also we had neighbours banging and stopping their feet on the walls and ceiling. So I wouldn’t say it was a pleasant stay but it did the job

Spacious 1br apartment, close to shops and restaurants

On 3rd floor with no elevator, relatively modern apartment but felt a bit unkept

The location was perfect the unit was really nice

Too many stairs Uncomfortable pillow no spares No hot water (cold showers) Mix up with rooms Rubbish had not been removed from previous tenants

Toilet was not in an appropriate location

No lift, only access via stairs Wasn’t clean No a/c in bedroom Outside deck was in poor condition Overgrown, or dead garden/lawn Premises were tired
