Apartments in Phillip Island Towers - Block C

Good value for money, spacious

The stairs. Hate walking up stairs. Floors are cold and hard. Some rugs would be good. Need a holder in shower for shampoo etc. couch is hard.

Great location. Spacious rooms

A little bit dirty.

Location was great. Beds were comfy enough. Good having 2 bathrooms/toilets and full kitchen & laundry.

Cleanliness or lack there of. Would say it was tidy but not clean. Build up of dust in all rooms. Floors were gritty and dirty- there was even a tag from a piece of clothing on the floor from the last people so i highly diubt they were cleaned before we arrived. Kitchen wasn't thoroughly cleaned - had splatters on splashback from last people. The blinds in the bedrooms were awful. They didn't block any kind of light out - don't expect to be able to sleep past sunrise if you wake up in a light room. Decor were outdated and dust collectors. Would hardly call it a sea/ocean view apartment.

Location and clean

On arrival we followed the instructions and called Peter, We were parked in C Block carpark for approx 40 minutes, called him 12 times and messaged and got no response. We called the A Block and asked for help and finally Peter come down to meet us.

I think there needed to be another tv on the main bedroom
