Per chi vuole soggiornare in centro storico di Genova Posizione fantastica L'appartamento per 3 o 4 persone è ottimo e ben attrezzato Alessandro è stato molto carino e cordiale Dovessi soggiornare nuovamente a Genova ci tornerei volentieri

Per noi che non avevamo esigenze particolari ed neanche aspettative fuori di misura è andato tutto bene C'è chi potrebbe desiderare più cura nella pulizia ,tutto sommato se parliamo di rapporto qualità, posizione e prezzo siamo ad un ottimo livello.

A szállás nagyon jó helyen van, pár perc sétára a Porto Anticotól. Minden található a közelben: pékség, bolt, éttermek, szuvenír boltok. A szállás mindennel felszerelt, nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, kényelmesen elfértünk. Bármilyen kérdés felmerült, a szállásadó azonnal segített. Ha visszatérünk Genovába, biztosan újra itt fogunk megszállni!

Minden kifogástalan volt.

Super kontakt z bardzo miłym właścicielem, apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony, bardzo dobre WiFi

- bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach apartamentu (prześmiardły nam wszystkie rzeczy) (stęchlizna) - w apartamencie nie jest czysto - grzyb (pleśń) i brud w prysznicu - brak światła dziennego (dwa okna z widokiem na ciemny, brudny i mały „dziedziniec”, z którego unosi się nieprzyjemny zapach - apartament znajduje się w kamienicy przy ulicy, na którą strach wieczorami wychodzić - stoją podejrzani mężczyźni, od których czuć zapach marihuany / trawki. Raczej nie jest to bezpieczna ulica wieczorami - apartament składa się z łazienki, kuchni, jednego salonu i jednej sypialni (opis apartamentu na booking wprowadza w błąd)

Destaco el buen gusto del departamento, los ambientes, decoracion, tv smart para disfrutar de las plataformas, con todos los accesorios y comodidades de tu casa para pasar una excelente estadía Supermercado a escasos metros muy surtido y terminal portuaria a 2 cuadras, perfecto para paseos en barco y otras atracciones A 8 cuadras de estación del tren y de bus

Algo que pasa en muchas ciudades de Italia, donde sus callejuelas son pasajes angostos sin tránsito vehicular, no hay recoleccion de residuos y se debe llevar la basura a la zona del puerto. Pero solo lo menciono para que los huéspedes se organicen y no tengan que llevar además de sus valijas el último dia, también la bolsa de basura

The owners met us when we arrived, even when it was later in the evening. Already a good impression! The apartment is located super, Via Luca is a wide street, easily reachable from the port Aquarium area. No walking in the famous narrow streets in Genova. The apartment is very quiet, and reachable by two stairs and an elevator. A spacious lounge (couch which could be another bed), two TV's ! Airco (we did not use it), and a fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom and shower, we felt we did not need more. The apartment is clean (to the contrary of some reviews I read). And Location, Location! This was our second time in Genova, and now we could cook, have a good size fridge and evrything else. We can recommend this and we may come back!

Since we needed to chack out before our flight out, it would be nice to have some storage possibility for our suitcases.
