Schönes, sauberes, super ausgestattetes und geräumiges Appartement. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

Nagyon kedves személyzet, főleg ahogy az állatokkal bánnak. Mi az apartman részben voltunk, kényelmes jol felszerelt és hangulatos egyedi kis szobát kaptunk. A hotelben rengeteg lehetőség van de mi nem használtuk ki mert utazgattunk a környéken. Nem tudok mibe bele kötni.

Nem volt olyan ami ne tetszene

Amazing place! The apartment was very nicely decorated and clean, we had everything we needed and more, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the view stunning. We enjoyed the tasty food from the hotel's restaurant that was prepared with much care by the Chef and well delivered by Marius. Special thanks to both of them for their friendly attitude - we felt like we met with old friends. We will definitely come back!

Pobyt w tym hotelu był naprawdę bardzo udany. Lokalizacja to świetna baza wypadowa do okolicznych atrakcji – bez problemu można wybrać się na lodowiec czy do Hallstatt. Dodatkowym atutem jest piękny widok z okna na góry, który robi świetny klimat od samego rana. Po całym dniu aktywności ogromnym plusem jest możliwość relaksu w basenie i saunie. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna, a w hotelu panuje cisza i spokój, dzięki czemu można naprawdę odpocząć. Blisko jest zarówno do stoku narciarskiego, jak i do sklepu czy na spacery po okolicznych szlakach. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Jedynym minusem był brak Smart TV, co trochę utrudniało wieczorne oglądanie filmów, ale przy tak dobrym stosunku jakości do ceny to naprawdę drobiazg.

The cleanliness standard and the beautiful surroundings

Very bad experience with the front desk upon check in. The staff does not even know simple info like what bus to take to Hallstatt and request us to go to the tourist information office on the Main Street to make the enquiry. We were not given the tourist free bus pass even though we had enquired about the bus information and informed her that we were not driving. It was the kind staff at the tourist information office who told us that the hotel should be giving the pass to us. When we went back to enquire again, we were told that we needed to ask for the pass. It was really absurd as the hosts at our Innsbruck hotel and Salzburg Airbnb actually emailed us the digital pass even before we checked in. Will not recommend this hotel with such terrible customer service.
