Unfortunately when we arrived there was a musty smell which got worse (drains) as the stay went on. It was really quite disgusting and meant we had to spend much of our stay out of the property. Whilst I realise it’s a self catering property there was no washing up liquid, dish cloth, or rubbish sack.

Location was perfect. Kitchen was well equipped.

Sofa was quite long with low backs and no arm rests. Bed was ok but mattress a bit uncomfortable for us.

The directions for the location were perfect, no problems finding the property. The interior of the property is very smart and presentable but also comfortable and homely, the little ornaments and decor pieces are enough to make the property feel homely without causing extra clutter and tidy up work for the cleaners. Great spaced rooms that easily accommodate a family of 4 plus a cot if needed. Great location for access to the beach with parking available on street. The arrival treat bag is a nice touch, we enjoyed the biscuits thank you! Nice collection of books and dvds and access to the modern TV appliances. The whole internal property had a clean presentable appearance that is reflective of the refurbishments that have just taken place. I would visit again.

The mattresses were not very comfortable. The noise from upstairs was a lot, we heard the neighbour snoring during the night and moving around their space. Whilst the property has been recently updated and is clean and presentable there are minor snagging issues that need fixing such as taps wrong way in the bathroom, unusual holes in the ceiling, doors not opening/closing neatly. None of these are a major issue and didn't have a negative impact on our stay.

It was good being close to the seafront.

There was damp all over the flat the floors the walls, behind the furniture was dust dirt/rubbish from previous visitors. It smelt as soon as you walked into the flat. Personally I would never book this flat ever again!

Toilet was chilly but not a big problem

Key safe was a little difficult to get into and front door a little difficult to open and lock(we had her phone number though)but apart from that it was great

Lovely convenient apartments close to everything shops,restaurants and the beach

I found parking relatively close but it could be an issue at the height of summer
