Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited at the property and any guests found to be ignoring this rule may be charged GBP 250 plus additional costs to cover cleaning/damage costs. If guests lose keys during their stay they will be charged a call out fee of GBP 60 to provide keys. If the call is made after 21:00 then no keys can be delivered and guests will need to find alternative accommodations for the night at a cost to themselves. Please note 1 small dog is only allowed in the Studio Apartment Room 2 for an extra charge of GBP 15.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
