great location, a very clean studio with lots of extras provided like surfing equipment, games, quiet outdoor area.

Very compact for more than a night. very tight bathroom, but clean.

We loved the location!! 😍👌 A lovely little hideaway in Kiama Downs. Semi-detached from the host's home still very private. A very short stroll to Jones Beach which was a bonus and 10 minutes in either direction to Bomba Beach or Minnamura River. The studio is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. Fantastic!
