Jones Beach Haven Studio - Kiama Downs Beachside Escape

Great location and facilities in room. Host easy to communicate with. So close to the beach but no beach noise. Cafes, supermarket and chemist only a short walk away. Great sized room.

Not very private. Had to keep blinds on windows and doors shut because neighbours could see in easily. But that's not so different from a motel room.

Everything was of quality, thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Very cosy little studio, close walking distance to the beach, had everything we needed.

Excellent location near Jones beach. Very friendly and helpful hosts.

No air conditioning. Fortunately it was not too hot during our stay. There was a ceiling fan which was good for the bed directly beneath it, but not much wind reaching the second bed.
