"Great little studio so close to the beach"

Loved the location, it was so close to beautiful Jones Beach. Jo, the host was so lovely. Everything you could ever want was there. Jo even loaned us an iPhone charger when we forgot ours. You can't get better service than that!

It was slightly unusual not having a bathroom sink, you use the laundry tub instead. It worked and we got used to it. It really wasn't a problem for us.

Keys were left in the door just as described. The studio is very comfortable, well set out, clean, dry, comfortable, great hot shower, plenty of towels, ample toilet paper and located in a very quiet area. We didn't cook a meal but the kitchen appeared to be well stocked with pans, cutlery, glasses etc. We had difficulty turning the TV on but one quick text to Jo and she called straight back with clear instructions on how to reset the TV and all was well. Great location, so close to the beach, local shops and 5 minute drive to Kiama.

While the studio is well presented inside, the driveway entrance could do with a bit of a pick up, garden around the main house attended to and empty beer bottles from the main house could have been hidden from view. Perhaps a slightly more effective/powerful heater; the current one barely adequate for the size of the room.
