they did not provide key to me, so I could not stay there at all. I had to stay at a different location than this one. In principals they should pay back my payment

The owner replied to my messages immediately, which was so helpful. I was pleased with the lovely house, furniture, and all items there. Also, it was clean. Thank you so much!

The site is a bit far from the centre of Kleve. It tooks 30-40 min on foot to the station, but I was able to walk because you should just walk straightly along the main road which is almost flat. Also, you can take a bus.
