18th Century Villa in the UNESCO Bay of Kotor

Beautiful villa, equipped well with stunning views onto lake. Super helpful host Danilo who gave us excellent tips for trips. For us, the walk into Kotor old town was just right as it meant we had peace and quiet in Muo. We walked, jogged and cycled local area. Personally I would choose pre peak season to visit Kotor as it was not crowded.

The property located in beautiful spot opposite the Old Kotor and views across the bay are magnificent. House is beautifully designed and equipped with all necessities. Free parking is also very useful addition.

The bedroom on the top floor has open access from the stairs, no door.

Lovely view, good facilities

The room was absolutely beautiful, like a small villa. It came fully equipped with all the necessary toiletries, including shampoo and body wash. There was even a kitchen with a pot, allowing us to window our own meals if we wanted. The scenery was breathtaking, as the door opened directly to a view of the sea. The facilities were excellent—everything we needed was provided, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The host was very helpful, recommending a variety of delicious places to eat, all of which turned out to be great. The service was top-notch. Whenever we had questions, the host was quick to provide clear answers, and every time I sent a message, he responded promptly. There was even a washing machine with a dryer, which saved us a lot of trouble during the stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, with both the accommodation and the service exceeding our expectations.

The bath water is a little cold

The villa was amazing. Every details that you might need are in the villa. Danilo was very helpful and interested. If you are worried about renting this villa, don’t be.

This place is just perfect! Amazing views, beautiful details throughout, overall one of the best places I've ever stayed. Danilo was really responsive and helpful. We were very happy with his recommendations as well. We'd highly recommend this charming house.

Beautiful location with magnificent views and a wonderful host, who told us all the lovely places to visit and we tried all of them and he was 100% correct.

1. The bedroom of the first floor should be there a queen bed or two normal singles that you can push together if you are a couple staying there. the wooden framed beds dont work. 2. The towels were so thin and so small - really not practical 3. Kitchen needs a bread toaster and the cupboards were a bit smelly
