Die Lage war super, die Aussicht auf den Garten auch. Sauber war es auch.

Die Wohnung ist stark abgenutzt. Alles was ich benutzen wollte, war stark gebraucht und oft auch nicht einsatzfähig (Toaster, Staubsauger). Die Waschmaschinenkammer ist dreckig und weist schimmelspuren auf. Auch hat sich meine Wäsche durch die Wäschetrommel verfärbt (Rost). Das Laminat ist an vielen Stellen kaputt und aufgequollen. Der Gastgeber, der eine professionelle Agentur ist, ist nicht zuvorkommend und antwortet sehr verzögert. Aus der Wohnung könnte man echt was schönes machen, aber leider kümmert sich keiner um die Instandsetzung. Auch stand plötzlich ein Mitarbeiter in der Wohnung als ich vom Einkaufen zurück gekommen bin. Ich wurde nicht benachrichtigt oder gefragt ob es in Ordnung ist. Er hat einfach die Wohnung aufgeschlossen und ist rein um etwas abzuholen. Ich habe viele Dinge selbst gekauft, der Gast nach mir freut sich also sicher über einige Utensilien.

Cold. Damp. Dodgy electrics so don’t turn on the lights that have a life of their own. Patio doors don’t lock so hide your valuables. Tried to change room but the request was denied

Pleasant, bright, and quiet space. Comfortable bed, modern bathroom, and well-equipped kitchen. Excellent choice.

Took 2 days to have the internet fixed after several messages, phone calls and an in person visit to the management office. No soap, dishwashing liquid or spare garbage bags. Only dirty, old sponges in the kitchen to use for cleaning dishes and benchtop. Kitchen equipment is incredibly old and in need of replacement, including lots of rust in the microwave and

Huge place with cooking amenities

Digital lock code shared multiple times was not operational. When cooking amenities are provided, basic cleaning liquid is expected to clean the Utensils, Not Provided Hand Wash Dispenser Was Empty. REQESTED ALL THE WAY AT CHECK IN DESK TO REFILL THE SAME WAS NOT TO DONE Door stopper in the Bathroom Was Missing, Invisible Screw Hurted my Feet Washing Machine Soap Dispenser not Cleaned in Months i Guess. Kettle had Scaly Deposits of Chlorine which was not at all Cleaned. Bathroom Mat Towel not Provided Sharing some pics which may help Nice Property But very very Poorely Maintained
