I didn’t like that we had No view, but the balcony with small nature strip was nice to have. The property didn’t have the best sound barriers, we could hear other units toilet flushing, shower on and sounds coming from the other rooms.

The taps for hot & cold water are separated. Will be more convenient if it is a single tap for hot/ cold water.

Nice location

We parked in front of the accomodation first day just to realise that the owners claim this space so we had to park on the side of very narrow driveway. All good...we understand who the boss is. Kitchen floor was dirty, bigger problem was broken fan switch in the bathroom which is probably deadly dangerous. Remote for TV was beaten up to the point we were unable to turn the TV off. None of the doors was closing properly(bedroom or bathroom.

Amazing location. Beautiful and clean. If you are looking for the perfect accommodation near Swan River this is the perfect place. Self-contained, clean, modern, parking. The hosts are friendly and keep you informed and updated. Easy to book.

The location was ideal for what we needed for our stay. It was close to the freeway and Fremantle. Walking distance to the convenience store as well as a few eateries.

The unit only had 1 air conditioner that was in the dining room/kitchen. The bedroom was quite warm for sleeping. The plumbing needs to be looked at as the toilet gurgled when you were in the shower as well as taking a good 5 minutes for the hot water to come through.

The cleanliness of the property. Decor was tired, walls marked, generally poorly maintained. Expensive overall. No cleaning service unless you pay extra. Would not recommend. Only bonus was a good washing machine and location.

Directions were good with easy access to keys

There is one air conditioner in the Kitchen to cool the whole apartment. the bedroom has no external windows to allow fresh air into the room. Had to run air conditioner in kitchen and close all doors to be able to sleep in bedroom, the apartment requires maintenance to bring it back to a standard to suit its location.
