Swan River Applecross Heathcote Park 1BR Villa

I like the free carpark in front of the apartment. The apartment is self-contained and quiet.

The beige woolen blanket is a little stained and does not feel clean like it's been washed. Since we are staying abt 4 days, an extra set of bath towels will be good. We need to buy our own bath shower gel and shampoo as what is provided is not enough for 2 of us.

The property was lovely and clean and in a great location

Location was central to where we were travelling to. Walking friendly area.

The cleanliness of the shower and the sheets on the bed. We went out and bought another sheet for the bed so we could sleep in the bed. General condition felt dated and need some work in places compared to the pictures.

It was a nice comfortable 1 bed villa in an excellent location close to the river. It suited us well as we were visiting friends who lived close by.

The very loose kitchen tap was rather annoying and was not fixed despite it being reported to the management at the beginning of our stay!

Location, near the river. The unit is clean. Facilities are good. Can park inside.
