Swan River Applecross Heathcote Park 1BR Villa

Well situated, clean, well equipped, practical

I booked this place for my relatives travelled from Sydney. They enjoyed their stay very much. It is in a beautiful and safe neighbourhood. Walk few mins to Heathcote Park and 10 mins to Canning Highway to catch the buses to CBD or Frementle. The Swan River is just around the corner with magnificant view to the city. Supermarket and cafes are just 10mins walk away. This one bedroom villa is spacious, living room, kitchen and shower room are all in good size. Everything was kept very clean. Good quality of cooking utensils, coffee machine (with capsules), and dish washer were provided. We highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Perth.

Nice quiet area. Comfortable bed. Good size bathroom. Great shower soap & shampoo supplied. Good kitchen with everthing you need. Internet was ok & unlimited. Had a small courtyard off the kitchen with table & chairs. Parking was available on the property.

There was some bulbs blown in lounge & rangehood - extractorfan. Some spider webs in the corners. We clean the the front windows our choice. Silly me I saw the last 3 pictures & assumed that these were the view from the unit. It is a view at the end of the street. Overall it is a nice place. :)

Great location. near river and bike/walking paths in a quiet neighbourhood. Everything we needed in a unit that was comfortable. Ideal if you're not fussed about cleanliness and a few things not working.

As per other reviews the accommodation was not clean and in need of some reinvestment and maintenance. The shower needed cleaning, dirty walls, dirty kitchen, etc and cobwebs about the place. A few items didn't work properly and the ironing board was broken, although a replacement was bought to us the night before we were.due to leave.

Bed was comfortable, very good location with a nearby park which we go for daily walk.

Single air con which was hard to distribute over 3 segregated spaces. Prob a studio arrangement would have been fantastic.

Location was fantastic, and apartment amenities met our needs perfectly. Couldnt have asked for more in terms of layout and facilities for our stay.

If was to be hypercritical a little bit of an aesthetic update to interior, but overall it is really functional and well laid out with everything you expect and need.

Absolutely beautiful location you could not get any better. Hosts were very nice and helpful. Easy access to rail station to go direct into Perth city plus a lot of other interesting places. It was a great location to access these.

Property needs updating however, hosts are currently building new places which we have looked at close by and they look fabulous.

It was a perfect self contained Villa. About 50metres from River and a quiet street.

You have a 800m walk to nearest shops if you don’t have a car

Fantastic location, close to magnificent walk path and excellent shopping. Kitchenette was well equipped. Warm, comfortable, parking. Couldnt be happier.

Hosts were easy to contact. When we asked for more coat hangers, they wer prompt. Place is close to the river for walks and a grocer is just up the road. Good kitchen for cooking.

Mattress was too firm but they supplied a mattress topper same day and it fixed the issue. There are bedisde lights but they are tricky to use for reading at night.
