Comfortable beds, clean and they had all the amenities and everything well stocked including toilet paper, hand/body soap, dish detergent with new sponge, laundry detergent, several Nespresso coffee pods, clean sheets and pillow cases, blankets, hand towels, bath towels, hot water in shower and finally No bedbugs!!

One bathroom had an extremely tiny sink that was practically useless so I had to use the kitchen sink to wash my hands or brush my teeth which worked fine

The bed is comfortable. Earplugs on the nightstand against noise. The host replaced the water heater within 24 hours of reporting the fault.

Late information about how to enter the apartment. Poor hygiene, unmaintained, unventilated. Strong smell of mold. Broken hot water heater (for some time, judging by the rust stains on the tiles). Flooding in the bathroom along with the electrical installations...

The apartment is spacious and the location is very good. We ultimately ended up leaving the property a few hours after our arrival, however, because of a fly infestation. The property managers were very responsive when we noticed this issue upon our arrival. First, one of the managers brought insect spray to the apartment and we all hoped that would resolve the problem. When it became clear that the spray was insufficient to address the scale of the problem, we decided to leave the apartment and the managers agreed to fully refund our payment under the very unusual circumstances.

The apartment lacks sufficient heat for a visit during cold weather. There are three space heaters - one for each bedroom and one for the living room/dining room. But that means there is no heat for either bathroom or the kitchen.

The apartment was spacious and as photos. Although kitchen small it was well equipped. Pleasant walk of about 20 minutes into the centre along which was mainly pedestrianised. Many takeaways and cafes along this route within easy reach of apartment and a little supermarket.

Unfortunately there was a house being rebuilt in the block almost next door so a great deal of noise plus noise from road and on several nights from apartments below or beside us. The apartment had no central heating although electric heaters provided and, as visiting in December, it was cold on return from outings particularly the shower rooms.

Simply everything! The apartment is super convenient, very clean and modern, it has everything we needed. The location is superb, easy walk to many attractions in Porto. The staff is very responsive and helpful, will definitely stay again on our next trip to Porto.
