Location and apartment size

Quite a lot of black mold in the toilet ceiling. Towels with stains and holes. Bed sheets with holes.

Todo. Espectaculares cuidado el apartamento, limpio, bonito y nuevo. Bien ubicado

Muy buen ubicado, fuimos andando a todos los puntos de interes. Limpio, amplio y con todo lo necesario. Super agil el check in y check out

Por poner una pega, el edificio es de madera y se oia cada paso que daban los de arriba o en el rellano. Pero en general no habia bullicio

Great little cafe over the road for breakfast. Super location for all of central Porto.

No kettle - the British like their tea! Matching wine glasses would be good!

Really nice and central location to start your Porto adventure! Decent but basic apartment.

Kitchen was not very workable for making dinner. More of a coffee/tea situation. Had issues with their website uploading the info they needed before arrival, they were quick to reply to my questions but not very helpful in their answers. It seemed there was a new person behind the keys every time, not reading any of the previous messages. Thereby the communication was quite poor. We had asked to use the couch as a second bed as well, but they did not leave any linnen/duvet for that. I've been in touch via messages, where the same communication issues arose. We had to wait until 23:00 the second day before any linnen was brought over. I also tried to call (the first evening) but got some kind of guy working from home, which was not very helpful and even hung up on me when a friend seemed to walk in, before he even found my booking. So communication overal is really up for improvement!

The location was excellent and central to all the attractions in Porto. It was walking distance from the Sao Bento railway station and easy to find despite the considerable construction work in the area around the station. The apartment was small but comfortable and met our needs for our stay.

The apartment lacks a kettle which I would have thought was basic item for a kitchen facility. It had a coffee machine but to have a cup of tea you needed to boil water in a saucepan. When we asked for a kettle we were told it was not part of the facilities. A bit disappointing to have a kitchen with cooktop, fridge etc so you can self cater for meals, but have to boil water in a saucepan for a cup of breakfast tea.
