On arrival a note had been slipped under the door from a gentleman downstairs saying there was a water leak somewhere in our apartment and water had been seeping through his ceiling for the past two days. We contacted him and he said he had turned off the water to our apartment..He asked us to report the problem to our management agents. He then departed and was unable to be contacted during the rest of our stay. We contacted GuestReady- Triple C and it or it's representative in Porto were absolutely pathetic in solving the problem. They did not make face to face contact for the whole duration of our stay and as far as I am aware the leak in the apartment downstairs may not have been resolved. For the first 26 hours we could not use any water including the. toilet. The agents then stated the water had been switched on but did not mention anything about the cause of the leak. They stated we could find alternative accomodation and would only charge us for the time of our stay. Why should we have to try and find alternative accomodation when they have a 24 hour maintenance service available? We stated, that as the water was now available we would stay but the cause of the leak still needed resolving. Also, why should we pay the.full cost of our shortened stay in an apartment with no water facilities? Three days later our water was again switched off by persons unknown..In the meantime we noticed that there was a leak in our bathroom ceiling so it is quite possible that the leak to both apartments may be coming from above our apartment. We contacted the agents about the various problems but had no response. Basically we had no water in the apartment for several days so could not use facilities like the washing machine, shower, wash basins or toilet. An absolute disgrace!! .

The location is central and the apartment adequate for two people - to be considered that the apartment is located on a steep slope on the second floor without lift and may not be comfortable for everyone. Overall, staying a few days, the experience was good. The bed was comfortable and the apartment is quite large. There is both body soap and dish soap and hand soap in the house.

It was clear that there was no cure between one guest and another. In fact, the kitchen utensils (pots, eating placemats) were dirty and we had to wash them to use them. Also, the kitchen is not adequately stocked to be able to cook as there is a lack of dishcloths for drying hands, for example, and some pans were not suitable for the induction cooktop. With the shower we had some problems as the drain was too slow and a shower of a few minutes was enough to clog it. The shower head was cracked and on the verge of breaking completely. You have to consider that there is not even a drop of soap in the house for the washing machine and there is only a small clothesline outside but during my stay it always rained so I could not use this service. As amenties, you will find exclusively 10ml of oil, 10ml of vinegar, two sachets of sugar, one sachet of salt, one of pepper and two sachets of instant coffee, nothing more.

Excellent location. Suggestions : add some detergent for the washing machine.

I had an exceptional stay at this centrally located apartment in the heart of Porto. The apartment's prime location provided convenient access to the city's lively nightlife, diverse dining options, and notable historical landmarks, all within walking distance. The apartment was thoughtfully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Despite the absence of air conditioning, the apartment maintained a pleasant temperature, allowing for a comfortable environment. I must commend the staff's outstanding customer support. On one occasion, we accidentally locked ourselves out of the apartment. However, their response was prompt and efficient. Within just 30 minutes of contacting them, a technician arrived and swiftly resolved the issue. Their attentiveness and assistance were greatly appreciated. Moreover, the apartment's cleanliness was impeccable, further enhancing the overall experience. It was evident that the management prioritizes cleanliness and maintains high standards. In conclusion, I highly recommend this apartment based on its excellent location, well-appointed amenities, and the exceptional customer support provided. It surpassed my expectations and contributed to a truly enjoyable stay. Whether for business or leisure, this accommodation is a top choice.

wonderful apartments! Everything is nearby, comfortable, quiet, well lit, a new building with an old facade, there is a corkscrew for wine 2 pieces))) easy access to the keys. a lot of grocery stores within a 2-3 minute walk. Restaurants and cafes a great choice near the house.

you can add cutting knives. and agree with the birds to reduce the volume of their cries at night :))))) Everything is very good!
