I'm so sorry to write a bad review, because unexpected events can happen, but it's how they are managed that makes the difference. When I arrived in the house I noticed that there was no water: I called the assistance and I was on the phone an hour to figure out how handle it. The assistant said me to go downstairs, upstairs, to check counters and move knobs before proceeding to call finally someone who could come to the apartment and solve the issue. I came from 4 hours of bus and I had only 48 hours to spend in Porto, therefore it was so uncomfortable not being able to have a shower and waiting all that time at the phone. After within 2 hours someone fixed the problem, but I hadn't receive any kind of apology treatment. Usually when there are this kind of problems, the structure is expected to act in some way to apologize: in my opinion it is the basis of good hotellerie and customer care. So I was very disappointed that they didn't do anything.

As central a location as it gets. You can walk to all sightseeing places. Lot’s of room and modern.
