Paraíso Apartment

The location is not faThe place is within walking distance of the city center. The room is clean. Everything is comfortable. The host is very kind and helped us a lot in a difficult situation.

Noise from neighbors, music, loud conversations. At 6am we were woken up by roosters singing outside the window. It's a bit different from what you expect on vacation :)

Renovated recently, with good dimensions, nice design, great communication with the owner, perfect and calm location!

The shower cabine has some mold....

Very comfortable accommodation in a new building close to the metro station. Fully equipped, stylish and perfectly clean apartment. The host Carlos was very kind and gave a lot of useful information about the city. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable apartment for 1 person (even for a couple), clean, organised, bright. Heater working, there's a TV and everything you need in the kitchen. You have good space for your clothes in the bedroom. Building has a lift so easy to get to the 3rd floor if you have bags. Location is close enough to walk to the main areas but also just across the road fro the metro station. Get yourself a 24h pass you can use for metro and bus. Carlos was very kind and helpful, sharing a lot of tips and suggestions for food, groceries and places to visit. He also replied to messages promptly.

There's a renovation going on in the apartment next door (until April) and during week days it gets very noisy but tbf they didn't start before 9am so if you are planning to be out I'd bed early to enjoy the day ot probably won't bother you.

Amazing apartment to stay in! I fully enjoyed Porto during my business trip, felt like home in this apartment. Check-in was easy, the host was really comfortable to communicate with! I totally recommend!

The apartment was very well-equipped, clean and comfortable. We liked that it was a bit removed from the touristy part and has down-to-earth cafés and restaurants around the corner. The morning sun on the balcony was a plus!

The apartment looked more spacious in the pictures, but was more than sufficient for two people.

This very nice apartment is located in the third floor and has fantastic view from balcony. It's includes all furniture and kitchen in very modern style and is located in beautiful part of Porto near metro station Faria Guimarãe. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and well design. You travel around 5 min to center of Porto to the station São Bento. In the near you have very good local restaurant "Trevo". There you get a super breakfast and very good lunch for moderate price. We also enjoy espresso in the local coffee near metro station. The owner of apartment Carlos is very professional and provide you with all information that you need at any time. We really enjoy our stay there.

Location is just super! You can actually easily walk to the city center but the Metro is in front of the door. The apartment was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Fully equipped kitchen, good shower and comfortable bed. Even the sleeping sofa was of a good quality, but it remains a sleeping sofa and not a bed... Nice detail was the large blackening curtain which could be lowered from the ceiling. Small shops are close by, larger supermarket is 10 minutes walk away. Various restaurant around, we loved the local grill place with no-nonsense good food.

Generally we really liked the apartment and it's superb location. Traffic is extremely busy in Porto, picking up the keys at a bakery close by where we had to park illegally (no parking available) was just not nice. In generally parking is extremely difficult in the area we experienced. During the night all parking spaces are taken and you have to be extremely lucky to see somebody leaving. During the day parking is paid with exclusion of some small streets where of course everybody is trying to park... without a rental car you don't have this problem of course! The apartment was unfortunately relatively warm and no window in the bedroom.

Good location, however be mindful it is downhill (and back uphill) from the centre. But next to the metro. Great communication with host. Laundry machine is really helpful when traveling. Overall well equipped apartment!

Parking spot a little a hard to find. And when you are there on a very hot day the apartment doesn’t have a standard airco, only a mobile one.
